In our school we attach great importance to communication and that is why it is essential that all students can participate in class, that is why our groups are small with a maximum of 9 per class and an average of 5-6 students.

To ensure that we assign each student to the appropriate level and organize the groups, we need you to send us the test at least two weeks in advance. It is also very important that you complete the test without help and as extensively as possible.

The more extensive your test, the more options we will have to know your level and specific needs and therefore, the better you will be in the assigned group. In our school on Monday you will go directly to the assigned group and that is why it is also important that you complete the audio with the oral part.

Of course! And we will be delighted if you do. The only thing we ask of you is that you please notify us by Wednesday of the previous week at the latest, since that is when we organize the groups for the following week.

In the Intensive courses we need 3 people of the same level to open a group. In order to guarantee all courses, we offer the option of reducing the number of hours while maintaining the price. In this way, if there are two students with the same level, you will give 2 hours of classes and if you are alone you will give 1.5 hours a day. In all cases the content and objectives of the course are the same.

Yes, you will always have the option to talk to the Study Coordinator and consult the option to change level.

The deposit (€150) is paid when making the reservation and you can pay it by transfer (EU) or by bank card. The rest of the amount can be paid upon arrival at the school.

In that case and as our General Conditions say, provided that the cancellation of the course is made at least 2 weeks in advance, we will proceed to the full refund of the deposit less the registration fee (€40).
